Compliance Officers
A Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with both outside safety regulatory requirements including OSHA, DOT, EPA and internal policies.
Compliance Officers provide regulation oversight in facilities and work-sites to ensure that they are accessible, safe, healthy and environmentally sound through inspections, audits, job hazard analysis (JHA), process and procedural reviews. Compliance officers may also design or update internal policies to mitigate the risk of the company breaking laws and regulations, as well as lead internal audits of procedures. As the Compliance Officer, you need to include safety training completion as part of your inspection process.
