HR Directors/Managers
Human Resources Directors/Managers are responsible for hiring new employees, supervising employee evaluations, mediation between employees and supervisors as necessary, and general oversight of the personnel department.
A Human Resources Director/Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company, including recruiting and staffing; organizational and space planning; performance management and improvement systems; new employee orientation and training; policy development and documentation; compensation and benefits administration; wellness and health; and employee services and counseling. Very often, HR professionals undertake the role of safety administration, especially with regard to employee training and new hire orientation.
